Gohan: "I... I suppose... But father's ki is a lot smaller than theirs..." Just like Recoome has more speed,Burterr has more speed,I consider speed>Durability in every way, so I'm giving this to Burter after a long battle I don't know if I agree. Burter didn't show to have combat speed that was any different from Jeice/Recoome. He was extremely fast when he was flying on his own, but in battle he didn't seem to be faster than anybody else. Spoiler: click to toggle Burta's got three kicks and punches for every one of Jheese's. Burta's combat speed > Jheese's True in terms of punching and kicking. However I was alluding to flight in particular. He didn't appear to me to be moving any faster when flying. Then what was the point of Ginyu specifically asking him to retrieve the Dragon Balls instead of Jheese or anyone else?

However when he is flying around in combat, perhaps his speed seems less impressive because he is focusing on the battle. The manga didn't really show him flying faster than Jeice in the fight.
